Existing Digitary customers can access our JIRA support portal to raise and track support issues.
This service is available only to authorised personnel at Digitary customer institutions. To login, you need a valid username and password, which you can get from the Digitary Support Team by sending an email to support[at]digitary[dot]net.

Digitary Community Portal
Please note - the Digitary Support and Community portals use different usernames and passwords.The Digitary Community portal is available to the wider community that is interested in Digitary technology and related topics, including standards, and for organisation of user community events.
To login, you need a valid username and password, which you can get by clicking the link below and following the instructions for registering a new account. New account requests are subject to approval. Digitary reserves the right to decline account requests.
