Michael is former Chief Executive of ICC Bank (now Bank of Scotland Ireland) and has held or holds a number of directorships and chairs including Datalex plc. and the Institute of Public Administration.

Dr. Daniel O'Hare, Non-Executive Director

Danny was the founding president of Dublin City University. He holds the chair of Ireland's Information Society Commission, Food Safety Authority and Government Task Force on the Physical Sciences. Dr. O'Hare has held numerous other directorships and chairs across a variety of organisations.

Jonathan Dempsey, Chief Executive

Jonathan worked previously for Ireland's state enterprise support agency Enterprise Ireland and was consultant to many organisations on Public Procurement, Project and Programme Management and Strategic Business Development. He is a graduate of Dublin City University both in international business and in information technology.

Andy Dowling, Director of Technology Strategy

Andy holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Computer Science from National University of Ireland, Maynooth. Andy has over ten years of experience in security software projects, and has worked for some leading multinational companies. Andy invented the Digitary system and has directed the technological evolution and development of the company since its inception.
